Wyphi is a meditation and wellness service.
It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, emergency support, diagnosis, or a medical device.
Wyphi content and features are provided for meditation, wellness, educational, and experiential purposes and are not individualized medical advice.
Wyphi does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor disease or medical or psychiatric conditions.
Session choices such as Calm, Focused, Positive, Grounded, Energized, or Ready for Sleep describe meditation and wellness experiences, not medical diagnoses or guaranteed clinical outcomes.
Wyphi can combine guided meditation, paced breathing, soundscapes, binaural audio, meditation tones, 432 Hz and other tonal approaches, Solfeggio frequencies, Golden Ratio sound design, and related features in a customizable meditation experience.
These are features of Wyphi's meditation and wellness experience. They are not presented as medical interventions or substitutes for professional healthcare.
Individual experiences vary.
Breathing practices may cause sensations such as lightheadedness, tingling, or discomfort in some people.
Use breathing exercises while seated, lying down, or otherwise in an appropriate environment.
Stop the exercise and return to normal breathing if you feel dizzy, faint, unusually short of breath, panicked, or unwell.
Do not use breathwork while driving, operating machinery, swimming, in water, or during another activity in which reduced attention could create a risk of harm.
If you are pregnant, have a cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, psychiatric, or other medical condition, have a history of fainting or panic associated with breathwork, or have questions about whether a breathing practice is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Wyphi is not a crisis or emergency service.
If you are experiencing an emergency or are in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.
In the United States, you may call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Do not rely on Wyphi to respond to an urgent medical or mental-health situation.
Choose practices that feel appropriate for you and stop a session or technique if you feel unsafe or unwell.
Nothing in Wyphi should cause you to delay or discontinue professional care that has been recommended for you.
