Before you begin a trial that converts to a paid subscription, Wyphi will disclose:
If payment information is collected to begin the trial, you authorize the disclosed recurring charge when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable monthly or annual interval until canceled.
Wyphi will obtain the authorization required for recurring billing and will provide renewal, reminder, and price-change notices when required by applicable law.
You may cancel online through the subscription controls available in your Wyphi account.
Cancellation stops future recurring renewal charges.
Unless otherwise required by law or specifically disclosed, paid Premium access continues through the end of the billing period already paid for.
Canceling during a free trial prevents the scheduled recurring charge.
Deleting your Wyphi account also cancels any active Wyphi subscription as part of the account-deletion workflow.
You do not need to delete your account merely to cancel Premium.
Account deletion does not itself create a right to a refund for charges already properly incurred.
Stripe processes Wyphi subscription payments.
Stripe may retain payment information, transaction history, or other financial records in accordance with its own legal and operational obligations.
If a recurring payment fails, Wyphi or Stripe may retry the payment and may suspend Premium access if payment remains unresolved.
Wyphi may change subscription pricing prospectively.
We will provide advance notice when required by applicable law. If you do not wish to continue at a new price, you may cancel before the new price applies to your subscription.
